These terms apply to every booking made through the Thanuja Travels website or by phone/WhatsApp with our team.

Bookings

Submitting a booking on the website is a request, not a confirmation. Our team will call you to confirm the vehicle, driver and pickup time before the trip is finalised. Fare estimates shown on the site are calculated from distance and vehicle rate, and may be adjusted for waiting time, route changes, tolls, or night charges as applicable.

Payment

Payment terms (advance amount, if any, and mode of payment) will be communicated at the time of confirming your booking.

Customer Responsibilities

Please share accurate pickup/drop details and be ready at the agreed time. Additional waiting time or route changes beyond what was booked may be charged separately.

Liability

Thanuja Travels arranges vehicles and drivers for your trip; we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
